This is a long parallette and a rail combine.

If you want to work on your balance and feels like the public rails are too high and scary for you, then the pararails will be the best solution.

It is long enough to walk around or go on all fours and you can adjust the height by placing it on a box so you can progressively work on your fear of heights.

Combined with boxes, you can use the pararails as regular parallel bars where you can do dips and most of your bodyweight pushing routine.
